At Paris Texas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury footwear isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and dust bags, ensuring the shoebox is protected inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
